Assign lessons to the instructors who run them and give each one their working hours. Clients only see times that are genuinely free.
Lesson length and equipment preparation
Leave time after a lesson to change and prepare the equipment. Set a separate buffer for each activity.
Forecast first, confirmation second
Confirm new bookings yourself once you have checked conditions, or automatically — all of them, or only from clients who have been before.
A booked time disappears straight away
Once someone books a lesson, that hour with that instructor is no longer offered to anyone else. No double bookings.
Changing conditions
Block lesson times when the weather turns
Forecast didn’t hold, or it’s blowing too hard for lessons? Close those hours in the calendar and new bookings for that time stop coming in.
Umovi doesn’t check the forecast. Whether conditions are right is your call.

Block the hours
A few hours or the whole day — for the whole crew or one instructor. Add a reason, such as “no wind”.

Those times leave the booking page
Nobody can book those hours any more — on the website or in the app.

Move the lessons already booked
Bookings that were already there, you move to another time. The client is told about the change — by notification, email or SMS, depending on your settings.

Instructors check their own schedules; the owner sees the whole team’s availability. Bookings and changes are visible in Umovi.

With their own account, they get a notification about each new booking and every time change in their lessons.
Booking a lesson
They pick a lesson, an instructor and a free time — from the link on your website, a QR code at the entrance or the app. If they need to change the time, you get a notification.
